The service subscription is only relevant to customers who signed up before the 1. May 2010 with a eMagCreator License. Customers with a eMagStudio License have an online Service Pack.

Service subscription (Included in year 1)

The service subscription is annual and includes statistics, updates and support. It is not a license, but an optional add-on, providing extra value to your license.

Statistics

The Online Statistics Module allows you to always keep track of traffic in your eMags. The module tracks the following:

• How many users have entered your eMag and how many read it?

• When did they read it?

• What pages did they read?

• Where did they zoom?

• What did the readers search for?

• Which links were activated?

Software upgrades

Software upgrades are also included in the Service Subscription. This is the easiest way to get extra value from your eMagCreator. All new software releases (modules, features and functionality) are automatically available from the administration module.

Support

The Service Subscription gives you access to our World Wide email support. To receive support fill out the support form on the support pages. We strive to reply all requests within 24 hours - except weekends and holidays. Our support department does not receive inbound calls, but are able to contact you by phone if there are any complicated issues. 

Priority support and customized training can be obtained upon request at an additional cost.

Renewal Policy

All licenses are guaranteed continuance and automatically renewed unless cancelled with 3 (three) months written notice. For further details please see §7 of our End User License Agreement (EULA)
